DELIVERY & RETURNS
Chakraveda™ accepts payment through Paypal, Credit Cards, Debit cards and bank payments. For Paypal you do not need to have or open a Paypal account in order to pay for purchases. You can make payment with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express payment card.
All orders are sent via Royal mail or other courier service for delivery within 24 hours of receving the payment and order. We aim to send out all orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing for bigger orders and in unforceen circumstances.
In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will try to contact you in order to arrange a substitute, a refund or to hold the order until the product is in stock.
Please allow 3-4 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.
Please allow 5-8 working days for Europe and 7-15 working days for the rest of the world.
Please note VAT is included in product cost.
If your delivery address is outside the UK/EU you may also be subject to customs charges, import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Please read policies, terms and conditions of customs of your country.Damaged goods
If your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please email us immediately at email@example.com providing your order number, name, address, and a description of the problem. We will inform you if a replacement item is in stock and will ship it to you immediately.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Chakraveda™ within 7 days after the day of delivery to return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in a saleable condition. Once opened and/or used, products cannot be returned to us unless they are damaged or faulty. In addition, products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We will refund the cost of the products upon receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed. Should you wish to exchange any items, you will be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
